Consumers have held back from fully embracing the cloud for several reasons. The reasons being the beginning days of the cloud brought concern about security that resulted in challenges customers could not get over and moving on-premise technology to the cloud and all the familiarity and trust that decision entails doesn’t happen overnight.


Consumers are creatures of habit who do not trust the unknown, generally speaking. The cloud has slowly, but been growing immensely. Security might have been a real concern, especially with hacking around the globe. Developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) have understood this from the onset, and they have worked in developing security measures to deal with threats. Lastly, every business wants to know who to is going to impact their wallet. Enter: the benefits of cloud.
