Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Updates to the Outlook integration tool will link email activities to your existing CRM contacts. Also, several GDPR compliance tools help you better handle your customers and prospects personal information., Acumatica is 2018 R2 will give them the power to decide how they want your organization to use their data.
A new engineering change control feature simplifies the design change process, thus reducing costs. Production management improvements streamline the production process for stock items. And, project focused manufacturers will enjoy the new integration with the project accounting module, as it helps to improve visibility while lowering overall operating costs.
Field Service Edition
With Acumatica 2018 R2, you can create sales and service orders directly from an opportunity and ensure notes and attachments follow the opportunity all the way through the sales cycle for better, more efficient customer service. Improved inventory allocation and scheduling tools help you ensure that parts are in stock for every appointment.
Omni-channel sales are better supported. It has added additional sales order processing workflows. So, you can separate sales originating from online channels with upfront payments from those salespeople enter which require payment terms.
Users will enjoy improved handling of requests for information (RFI’s). Users will track these documents throughout their entire lifecycle. The software will link them to relevant emails and available on all devices.
