New Version of Advanced Bank Reconciliation for NetSuite released

Nolan Business Solutions has released the latest version of NetSuite Advanced Bank Reconciliation with exciting new features that will further automate your Bank Reconciliation process. These new features include:

  1. Enhancements to template auto posting functionality
  • Auto-Generate Templates now include Field Sourcing to allow custom fields to be set, including custom segments (SuiteGL)
  • Auto-Generate Templates can be Approved, creating Approved transactions

  1. More flexibility in posting Journal Entries

We have included the option to use NetSuite Journal Entry form for Create GL Trx, instead of ABR form. This enables the entry of custom field values, custom segment values and the use of other form customisations.

  1. Enhanced Displays and ability to see more Information
  • Record count, total matched and total selected now show in header summary on ABR
  • Tooltip on GL Closing balance to show actual NetSuite balance
  • Process summary for Auto-Match process now includes number of matches made
  • ABR Configuration screen layout improved with setting groups
  • GL Closing balance shown red if it differs from NetSuite balance (e.g. unextracted transactions)

We recently created three new technical videos using our latest version (1.62). These videos highlight how the product can be used and showcases some of these new features.

  1. Advanced Bank Reconciliation: Auto Posting Credit Card Bills in Netsuite
  2. Advanced Bank Reconciliation: Auto Posting Customer Payments from Imported Statements in NetSuite
