Support for Dynamics GP 2013 Ending April 2018

If you're still using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013, you will lose mainstream support from the Microsoft team on April 10, 2018.

What does this mean? Your system will not be eligible for important tax and year-end updates.

It's important to upgrade and keep up to date on your software version not only to take advantage of new features, but also work on a more efficient version that has corrected any issues or bugs in older releases.

Once you pay your annual enhancement fee to Microsoft, you already own the next version of Dynamics GP. Why not take advantage of something you have already paid for?

  • increase user productivity thanks to the new streamlined features and capabilities
  • stay up to date with the latest technology
  • employee satisfaction levels are higher when they have up to date technology
  • tax and other updates that impact your business are built into your system

How much does an upgrade cost?

There are no additional software fees to upgrade Microsoft Dynamics GP or any of your add-on products. The only cost associated is the time it takes for your Microsoft partner to complete the upgrade. This can range depending on how many versions you are away from the most recent. It can also vary based on the number of add-on products that you utilize.

Upgrades can also be made by your internal IT team if they feel up for the task.
