Calculating the cost of Microsoft Dynamics GP is much easier than it has been in the past. In a nutshell the cost of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 software licenses are:

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Price List

  • Starter Pack (3 Users) = $5,000
  • Additional Full User = $3,000
  • Additional Limited (Read Only) User = $600

Optional:

  • Extended Pack = $10,000
  • Customization Pack = $6,000
  • SmartList Builder Pack = $2,000
  • Extended HR and Payroll = $7,000
  • Collections Management = $3,500

Although this pricing is simplified, there have been many questions about it during the transition period. Over the past several months I have written several blog articles outlining what ERP software buyers (and current Dynamics GP customers) need to know about the new Perpetual Licensing price model.
