Zetadocs Express effectively provides a document management module for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This makes it easy to store, retrieve and deliver documents, helps users work more efficiently, reduces costs, and saves organisations time and money.
Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV enables users to store original documents associated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV records, such as emails, faxes, scanned letters or other documents, securely in one central location. It does require a subscription to Microsoft Office 365, but this means users can quickly and easily access and retrieve the documents using Microsoft SharePoint Online (Microsoft SharePoint Online is part of Microsoft Office 365).
There are a variety of features in Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV which improve everyday activities and tasks. These include document drag and drop, document approval and save and send as pdf.
