As a New York based Microsoft Dynamics GP partner for over 10 years, we have witnessed the evolution of what was, in it's infancy, a great product, to what is today widely consider the leading ERP software for the SMB market. With each release, Microsoft made vast improvements by listening to the wants and needs of their users. And with the release of Dynamics GP 2010 R2, we're happy to say that the trend has continued.
With GP 2010 R2, Microsoft has picked up the slack on business intelligence by giving it a big boost with the new business analyzer tool, among other enhancements. From improved dashboard visualizations, to on-the-fly contextual reporting, and a graphically rich executive dashboard widget, we're excited for both existing GP users as well as those who said that "GP was lacking in business intelligence," to see GP 2010 R2. In fact, we were so excited that in advance of our GP 2010 R2 launch event on 7/14, we decided to shoot a 15 minutes overview video of our favorite new features. In addition to the new business intelligence features described above, you will also see the improved email integration functionality which facilitates your ability to send personalized emails with attached transactional documents en masse.

Thanks in advance
