It’s been widely reported that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)implementation failures are a major concern for any organization considering ERP. This is especially true for small and medium sized organizations that lack the expertise or the bandwidth to implement internally without hiring outside consulting, or who have smaller budgets.
